A successful co-parenting relationship is as vital to your child's well-being and health as nutritious food or proper exercise. Research, anecdotal evidence, and plain common sense all point to the fact that children are happier, healthier, and better adjusted when both of their parents play an active role in their lives. Studies also show that the trauma children experience in the wake of a divorce or separation can be lessened when they see their parents getting along. Kids whose parents successfully co-parent feel more secure than those who have limited or no connection to one of their parents post divorce.

Meet Nisa Harper, an innovative speaker, author and leader in the areas of women empowerment and leadership as a guest on The Best Life Barb Show. Nisa will be spending an informative hour with Best Life Barb telling her story and teaching parents who are no longer together how to get along for the sake of the children.

In October 2010, Nisa Harper published her first auto-biography "Confession of a Crazy Baby Mama...No more Pain". The book is a ten chapter discussion that assists men and women on how to have healthy co-parenting relationships. We will talk about false allegations of domestic violence. We will talk about "real" domestic violence. We will talk about how we can offer concrete solutions for parents who just don't get along.

Her new book, "The Legacy of Fathers...The Pain, The Power, and The Promise" will be out later this year.

So tune in on Tuesday, April 22nd at 9:00 PM to The Best Life Barb Show so you can help someone in your world how to get along better for the sake of their children!
